Returns are accepted only after consultation with us and within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product and only if the product has a problem. The return is made only with the transport company we work with, speedex, in secure packaging and the costs are borne by us.

If for any other reason you want to return a product this will be done after contacting us within the first 3 days of receipt of the product and the return costs are borne by you.

Each product leaves us in excellent condition and packaged with care for its safe transport. If for various reasons beyond our control you receive your parcel in poor condition, please photograph it before opening it, and send us the photo so we can know. If you then open your package and the product is in poor condition, contact us.
